Farewell Breakfast for Gillian & Gene Rogers
Please come and bid farewell to longtime members Gene and Gillian Rogers, who are moving to North Carolina in May. If you'd like to attend the breakfast honoring them on Sunday, April 28th, at 8:30 a.m., please let Carol Walton know, so we can plan the food. We will miss you, Gillian and Gene!
West Side History
The special Centennial history is still available for purchase in the narthex. This beautiful hard-bound volume is a "must have" for every West Sider's library. The price is $50 for 88 pages of historical detail, rare historic black-and-white photographs, gorgeous color photos, and heart-warming memories. Take a piece of history home with you!
Adult Night Out
Adult Night Out meets one Saturday each month, following the 5:38 service. Please join us for potluck fun after the service. There is no cost, but we need volunteers to provide main dishes, salads, side dishes, desserts, and drinks. As always, this is a BYOB event! The next gathering will be held following the Saturday 5:38 service on Saturday, May 4th, for a Cinco de Mayo celebration at the home of Tom and Lisa Kopff. Questions? Kids Club/Child Care
During the Adult Night Out, child care is available at the church for $15 per child, $30 maximum per family. Pizza is available for $2 per slice. Please contact Carol Walton, ext. 39, carol@westside.org, to sign up for child care.
