This 60-minute class, led by Jennifer Wilshaw, is not just for seniors. It’s for anyone interested in improving their alignment and posture, balance, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance. Participants gather in the chapel on Tuesdays at 10:30 am, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15 pm. Cost: $10 per class.
