Ridgewood's 37th Annual Interfaith Holocaust Remembrance Service will take place at West Side on Monday, April 17 at 7:30 pm. The keynote speaker, best-selling author Dara Horn, will address the legacy of Ridgewood resident and West Side member Varian Fry, who saved thousands of Jewish artists and writers escape the Nazis and immigrate to the United States. Her latest book is People Love Dead Jews: Reports from a Haunted Present.
