Can you tell when your body is "off"? What messages does it send you? Reawaken your intuitive wisdom with Dragon's Way Qigong! Allison Lim, a certified instructor and West Side member, will introduce us to this ancient energy practice. Ten powerful, slow-flowing movements are the cornerstone of Dragon's Way Qigong, a six-week program designed to help participants achieve balance in body, mind and spirit. The movements are easy to do, can be practiced by everyone, and don't require special clothing or breathing techniques.

"Dragon’s Way Qigong teaches that the body has an innate ability to self-heal, understanding that if it has the power to manifest a condition, it also holds the keys to correct it," says Allison, who is the editor of online media at Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation in New York City.
