Jazz guitar greats “JK" (as he’s known in the music industry) and Mark Whitfield and their band will fill the sanctuary with cool jazz sounds on November 19 at 3:00 pm as part of the 48th season of the West Side Concert Series.
Joel has written and produced records with Herbie Hancock, The Temptations, Jennifer Love Hewitt and many others. Mark has collaborated with legendary artists like Dizzy Gillespie, Quincy Jones, Ray Charles, Herbie Hancock, Gladys Knight, Wynton Marsalis, Branford Marsalis and his mentor, George Benson.
