You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid. (Matthew 5:14-15)
For generations, West Side has been a beacon of light—a place where faith takes root, community is formed, and lives are shaped by God’s love. Now, we have an opportunity to reimagine our sacred space so that every corner of our campus reflects our deepest values:
West Side Outside is our next faithful step—more than a building project, it is an act of faith. A way to ensure that our campus is inviting, sustainable, and ready to serve generations to come.
West Side stands on the foundation of those who came before us—faithful people who built this church not just for themselves, but for us. Now, it is our turn to carry that legacy forward.
Through fire, a global pandemic, and challenges that tested us, we have endured and thrived. And through it all, God’s faithfulness has never wavered. Our church remains a place of hope, worship, and connection. In every act of generosity, in every welcome offered, and in every life touched, we are letting the light of Christ shine through us. And yet, beyond our Sanctuary and immediate grounds, the south side of our property—where the Barn and outdoor spaces need major renewal—reveals a different reality. One of disrepair that limits both our financial stability and accessibility, creating challenges that prevent us from fully using our campus to fulfill our mission.
In 15 years as your pastor, I have witnessed us grow into an ever more welcoming, inclusive, and invitational church. Now, we imagine a campus that truly reflects our mission of love, hospitality, and generosity:
I invite you to join me in this simple prayer: "God, what do you want to do through me?" Together, let’s build something beautiful, lasting, and life-giving—not just for today, but for generations to come.
West Side has always been a place of welcome. Now, we are called to renew our campus so that it more fully reflects our mission of radical hospitality, deep community, and transformative faith. Currently, challenges in accessibility, visibility, and functionality prevent us from fully using our campus to fulfill this mission. By addressing these challenges, we will create a more inclusive, welcoming, and connected environment for all.
This campaign is not about equal giving—it’s about equal sacrifice. Each of us is called to pray, participate, and prepare.

This is our moment to come together—not just as individuals, but as a community. With God’s help, we will renew West Side for future generations, sharing generously so that faith, love, and belonging may flourish.
A renewed campus where all feel at home
A vibrant space where friendships and faith flourish
A legacy of love that serves generations to come
This is our moment. A time to rise, give, and trust that God will do something extraordinary through us.
For it is God who is at work in you, enabling you both to will and to work for God’s good pleasure. (Philippians 2:13)
